01 — Warmth
An Embrace
Every space we design should feel like one. Livable, layered, and full of life — never cold, staged, or intimidating.
01 — The Vision
A conversation, a sketch, a way a room should feel.
02 — The Structure
Arches take shape. The bones of the room are set with intention.
03 — The Craft
Plaster, limestone, aged brass — the materials that make it ours.
04 — The Home
A boutique interior design studio led by Victoria Brown. Rooted in Palm Beach — designing homes built to last.
— Rooted, Evergreen, Enduring
When Solomon set out to build the Temple of the Lord, he chose cedar — for its strength, its quiet beauty, and its ability to endure. Cedar has been chosen this way for centuries: for sacred spaces and ships, for the finest homes and the most considered rooms.
That same spirit guides our studio. Led by designer Victoria Brown, Cedar Hous Studios creates Palm Beach interiors built for the way a family actually lives — rooms that feel rooted, considered, and personal. We draw on a Mediterranean-organic vocabulary — arched doorways, natural stone, aged brass, handmade tile, living greenery — and ground it in the particular light and energy of Palm Beach, Florida.
— Warm. Crafted. Rooted.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
01 — Warmth
Every space we design should feel like one. Livable, layered, and full of life — never cold, staged, or intimidating.
02 — Craft
The texture of a zellige tile. The weight of unlacquered brass. The curve of an arch. Craftsmanship is never optional.
03 — Story
Great design tells the story of the people inside it. We listen deeply before we draw a single line.
04 — Roots
We are Palm Beach — not visiting it. Our local knowledge, relationships, and presence are advantages we extend to every client.
05 — Light
Florida light is a design material. We use it intentionally — through arches, open plans, natural stone, and palettes that glow.
06 — Cedar
The cedar is our namesake — rooted, evergreen, enduring. It shelters what surrounds it and grows more beautiful with time. Every space we design is built to do the same.
WHAT WE DESIGN
The complete design journey — discovery through final installation — for private homes, estates, and high-end condominiums.
Boutique offices, professional suites, and family offices — designed with the warmth and craft of a residence, the discipline of a workplace.
Lobbies, lounges, fitness, pool decks, and resident clubs — amenity floors that lease the building and feel like an extension of home.
For the garage that wants to be more than a garage — collector storage, showroom, and lounge, designed with the same craft as the house.
Discovery calls, design audits, strategy sessions — and pre-sale staging programs for agents, brokers, and developers across Palm Beach.
THE PROCESS
Phase 01 — Discovery
Site visit, brief, and a mood board grounded in your life — not a template. We learn how you live, how you host, and how the light moves through the rooms.
Phase 02 — Development
Space plans, elevations, finish specifications. Materials curated from our trade vendors and visited in person whenever possible. Every selection considered against the whole.
Phase 03 — Installation
Procurement, contractor coordination, install, and final styling. We manage the chaos so you arrive to a home that feels — from the first moment — already lived in and loved.
About the Founder | Principal Designer
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from California State University, Long Beach, Victoria built her career creating environments that tell stories, inspire connection, and elevate everyday experiences.
She spent eight years as an Interior Designer at Canvas Interior Design in California, where she partnered with leading residential developers including Irvine Company, Irvine Pacific, Lennar, and Brookfield Residential. During her time there, she specialized in the design and execution of sales galleries, apartment models, and model homes—spaces designed not only to be beautiful, but to create emotion, aspiration, and a meaningful customer experience.
Her work centered on understanding how people move through space, how design influences behavior, and how thoughtful interiors can shape the way people live and connect.
In 2018, life shifted in an unexpected and meaningful way. Shortly after starting her family, Victoria stepped away from her professional career and embraced the opportunity to be home raising her children. What began as a pause became a season of growth, perspective, and creativity. She now proudly spends her days with her two children—a daughter and son—who continue to inspire her approach to design, life, and creating spaces that feel intentional and lived in.
During those years at home, her creative spirit remained active. She pursued personal creative projects, including painting an oversized abstract piece she had long dreamed of creating, rediscovering the joy of making simply for the sake of creating.
She also had the opportunity to collaborate alongside her husband in support of a corporate project for Reno City Center. Returning to the world of development and design reignited something familiar—a renewed excitement to build, create, and continue growing professionally.
That experience became the catalyst for launching Cedar Hous Studios.
Today, Cedar Hous Studios was founded on the belief that exceptional spaces are both beautiful and purposeful. Blending a background in developer-driven design with a fresh perspective shaped by life, creativity, and family, Victoria brings thoughtful storytelling, elevated aesthetics, and strategic design solutions to commercial interiors, hospitality concepts, residential experiences, and spaces meant to leave a lasting impression.
Her approach is rooted in creating environments that are timeless, emotionally resonant, and designed with intention.
